Monitor audits, data entry, and maintenance performed by HR Data Administration to ensure system data integrity.
Provide technical support by managing/coordinating various administrative functions in support of the HRIS group.
Perform system test plans, including user acceptance testing, as well as thorough review, analysis, and documentation of test results.
Generate multiple reports, queries, and other documentation for Human Resources to aid in personnel management and tracking; solid proficiency in use of PeopleSoft HR v. 8.3 and PeopleSoft Payroll Interface.
Continually utilize/apply extensive knowledge of key UR functions, including employment, benefits, payroll, employee relations, compensation, and affirmative action.
Served as liaison between employees and service carriers/insurance companies to facilitate communication, request policy and benefits updates/changes, and quickly identify and resolve issues relative to benefits. Coordinated and assured compliance with federal and state regulations, including COBRA and FMLA standards.
