Apr. 2007 - Apr. 2008• Perform all aspects and complete full cycle of accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management
• Prepare monthly financial statements for review by owner
• Maintain a bank relationship with loan officer in a successful manner
• Perform all human resource functions including new hire paperwork, vacation tracking, and employment verifications, employee disputes
• Process year end 1099s
• Process semi-monthly payroll via Paychex
• Administer all employee benefits including enrollment, COBRA
Various Month end reports with relation to probability
• Work with Account Executives with relation to job budgets and probability
