A sort of child that TikTok would have with LeBonCoin. We successfully brought the project to the POC stage; the app was online and functional on Google Play and the App Store. You could scroll through videos from bottom to top, even before TikTok established itself in France... We sought investors to boost the marketing. We needed 600,000 euros to really kick off. However, one partner dropped out along the way, and we unfortunately had to end this beautiful adventure. DIGILOWCOST is still the digital subsidiary of the BIG SUCCESS group. Mission: Build the most effective digital (Web, Mobile) setups for advertisers across all formats (banners, video preroll, catch-up...) To meet all objectives (branding, performance...) At the lowest costs in the market. Methodology: Disruptive compared to traditional methods Focused on the Second Market of ad inventory Utilizing the most innovative US technologies (DSP, Ad Exchanges, Data Exchanges...) Private deals with top publishers → At that time, the BIG SUCCESS group was 100% independent, established in 9 countries, managing 130 clients, producing over 220 TV & Web films per year, and generating a gross margin of 35 million euros with 200 employees. When I left, DIGILOWCOST generated 40% of the group's revenue. Following a disagreement with my partners, I left DIGILOWCOST in 2016.

As the Head of Development for Havas Digital (formerly Mediacontacts / MPG), I led a New Business team of about fifteen people, including marketing project managers, media planners, and sales representatives. I also oversaw the trafficking, creative, and media teams, partially dedicated to the agency’s New Business, totaling around fifteen people. After five years of intense business development, during which we brought in dozens of clients for over €20 million in total Gross Margin, we initiated AFFIPERF, an incredible intrapreneurial experience. We thoroughly studied the US market and anticipated the wave of Programmatic advertising that was about to sweep across Europe and the entire world. We consistently ranked #1 in New Business with Havas for several consecutive years (RECMA ranking of Media agencies). AFFIPERF later became HAVAS PROGRAMMATIC HUB, a division of HAVAS that has generated hundreds of millions of euros in Gross Margin since its inception and employs hundreds of employees worldwide.

Un beau parcours m'attend chez Mindshare...Je connais alors parfaitement le fonctionnement de l'achat d'espace sur tous les médias, expert du Coût GRP, je pourrais continuer ma progression en agence média, mais surfant sur internet depuis 1996, je vois bien l'émergence d'internet et veut me lancer dans l'aventure...
