As the Chief Marketing Officer led a team of 8 individuals and 3 marketing agencies responsible for strategic planning, lead generation/channel marketing, product management, sales operations, carrier relations/partnership management, business development, marketing communications, and project management. - Established strategic plan, marketing plans, and insurance carrier relationships which were essential to achieve 36% sales and 22% revenue CAGR more than doubling client base to $320M in premiums and over 60,000 policies in 5 years. - Redefined small business referral channel growing lead flow 15 times in 6 months supporting 18% year-over-year sales growth. - Created targeted telemarketing/email marketing model supporting 70 sales associates creating 34% annual growth. - Created unique value proposition bundling benefit administration, premium payment, employee eligibility, and compliance solutions with Health Insurance to accelerate ADP’s double digit growth in the Healthcare market. - Established and executed Insurance carrier supply & demand strategy contributing to expanded capacity, sales and operations improvements, and up to 60% commission increases. Effectively expanded partnerships from 7 to 14 Property & Casualty and 20 to 65 Health Insurance carriers including Hartford, Travelers, Liberty Mutual, United Healthcare, Aetna, and wholesalers.
