Working with local communities and stakeholders to ensure a varied and engaging programme which reflected the needs and style of the changing area, events included seasonal family theatre performances, garden festival, outdoor cinema festivals, a firework displays, and the first ever Elephant's Got Talent.

Jun. 2016 - Dec. 2017Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, LondonResponsible for all events and activation programme across the newly opened 1.2 million sqft mixed use commercial and retail tech campus on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Event spaces included an indoor 1000 person event arena and exhibition area, a 1200 capacity external space called The Yard, Canalside retail strip and multiple receptions and empty ‘pop-up’ office and retail spaces. As well as overseeing the management of commercial event hires, my role’s focus was to create an event programme to promote networking and collaboration between campus tenants and with QEOP neighbouring venues. Programme pillars focused on sport, health and well-being, creativity and design, innovation and tech. Working closely alongside the community and marketing teams, I aimed to imbed Here East within the local and London-wide event calendar through links to London Tech Week, Open House, Ride London, Hackney Wicked, Chelsea Fringe Festival and many seasonal activities. Key Programming Achievements:- A six-figure, high end site launch event with Dynamo magic show, full site activation and tours. Launch event for London Tech Week 2017 in partnership with London and Partners UK Media product launch event for Samsung S8 64 bits: An exhibition of the web’s lost past Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride start event - 1000 motorbikes gathered to start a Movemeber fundraiser ride Pop-up Immersive art/dining experience, the Waldorf Project.
