With over 15 years of experience in the engineering and manufacturing industry, I am the Chief Executive Officer at Sparc Engineers, a company that provides innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges. I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Science (MS) in Engineering Technology, as well as certifications in Lean Six Sigma, MODAPTS, and Lean Principles. I am also a member of the Board of Directors of the Society for Engineering and Management Systems at the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers, where I contribute to the advancement of the profession and the society. In my current role, I lead the strategic vision, direction, and growth of Sparc Engineers, leveraging my analytical skills, operational excellence, and manufacturing process improvement competencies.
