-Identifies, develops and maintains customer contacts to ensure Bayrak is established preferred source in targeted automotive markets,
-Coach a team on account development, account planning, relationship building,
-Effectively handled all interactions and relationships with key strategically important customers to grow the business
-Contribute to evolving the client brand, developing sales and strategy for the business
-Maintain strong sales pipeline through effective relationship building and call management with customers
-Continually seek ways of improving ways to build customer relationships to promote growth
-Works with customer to identify value-added opportunities. Responsible for winning new business at required margin and volume levels to meet growth objectives.
-Track record of business on financial, technical and communicative base
