E.g., +10M features processed in about 6 months for one given process; +65M features processed in the weekly intake of a global supplier dataset.
- Co-developed a refreshed strategy to better leverage and integrate our regional sourcing expertise into the intake of map source data to deliver through our internal system, accelerating capability building by up-skilling tenths of existing professionals into professional software development.
- Drove experimenting with Data Science approaches for source data consumption decision making via our APIs.

May. 2017 - Mar. 2020Gent Area, BelgiumLeading software development enabling automation of map-making from Source-to-Map processing. - Establishment of an entire new engineering-oriented unit within Sourcing Operations, with a distributed team (6 different countries, 8 different nationalities) setup.
- Grew the team to a cross-functional team of 30 people.
- Drove from concept to delivery an entire new internal system to handle map source delivery at scale in highly automated fashion. MVP launched in about 6 months, and since then incrementally improving and adding functionalities. - Enabled map production processing with eased access to map source data at scale through a set of APIs in a concept of "data-as-a-service".

Mar. 2016 - May. 2017São Paulo Area, Brazil- Hired a few outstanding technical and process profiles for the region.
- Technically led the transformation of our operation in Chile to be more consistent and on pair with what we had in Brazil.
- Designed and implemented framework for better to drive tactical level innovation ideas to put in practice, as well as to manage risks and map quality issues.
- Initiated the streamline of the POI (Points of Interest) regional processes to better align with global ways of working.

- Ensured that Content Operations organization applies the most recent state-of-the-art production environment and processes to enable best possible results on efficiency and quality.
- Led the region to early adopt and eventual efficiently deploy the new transactional map-making platform in our projects and processes.
- Accumulated the role of Technical Customer Support for TomTom Maps products in Latin America, in which I led key local customers to transition to our map database.
