Jan. 2018 - Aug. 2020Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United StatesAs the Vice President of Product Marketing I build, develop, and inspire a dedicated and experienced global team that successfully partners with sales, product, and the broader marketing team to deliver product messaging, packaging, pricing, and tools that drive revenue. This is a key leadership role reporting to the Chief Product Officer. Using my deep SaaS and multi-level business-to-business experience, I am the partner with executive leadership to set to go-to-market strategies for Nuix. In a single day, I may focus on the big picture strategy with the executive team and then pivot to detailed content reviews to support your team. This job allows me to use my deep experience in understanding and articulating customer-centric and market-based requirements to inform product and demand generation strategies. I work with the executive team to set the company's go-to-market priorities in partnership with executive leadership based on corporate priorities and resources, market understanding, and business revenue opportunities. Together, the team understands the voice of the customer and maintains the ‘outside-in’ understanding of the customer voice for the product, sales, and various other departments to learn. The team works to set global campaign priorities based on company strategic and customer voice intersections to develop campaigns for global and regional execution. Develop a more structured process for campaign development, execution, and tracking, including both results of the campaigns and budget management. In addition, the team works with Product Management and Solution leads to plan and lead the launch of new products and services across key functional areas, then ensure we clearly communicate messaging and brand throughout.
