Managed a wide range of assignments from strategy, communications, data, and research, four with nationwide implementation including site migrations, user experience standardization, database re-architecture, monthly content releases, bug fixes, enhancements, and fire calls.
• Managed the strategy development, design, and execution of key strategic organizational initiatives, such as product design and development, distribution channels, and promotion strategy with The World Bank, providing leadership.
• Formulated procedures for transformation, and integration of health delivery system for Malaria prevention. Conducted assessment to ensure quality and completeness with validation techniques and excellence in execution.
• Managed re-designing development environment, delivery systems, distribution, and retail management protocols as per WHO guidelines for technical impact.
