EOLHead of IS and Business Processes Performance
Jul. 2016 - Oct. 2018Paris Area, FranceThe EOL Group (Mid - sized maufacturing company, 300 employees, €70M sales) specialized in the design, manufacture and installation of workspaces and office furniture for mid-sized, as well as major corporations. As a member of the management committee and executive secretary to the board of directors, I contributed to the company's turnaround (from cashburn to breakeven to profit) by identifying citical operational optimization projects and then implementing the necessary processes and IT tools. Main projects under my responsibility:
- Calibration of stock levels at the central warehouse (safety stock, critical levels, rotation) according to the product life cycle, scrapping of the €2M of dead stock accumulated prior to the implementation of this process.
- Switch from push to pull on factories and suppliers, to calibrate production on demand forecasts and on the order portfolio, as part of an Assemble - To - Order logic.
- Creation of a customer extranet ("EolNet") enabling our distributors to place orders with a live knowledge of availabilities and lead times. Management of 8 in-house staff (IT, BI & Data) and external service providers
