Coordinates the day-to-day activities of all offices, including but not limited to supply, inventory, equipment management, payroll, scheduling, clinical/regulatory compliance and correspondence processing. Develop systems which ensure productive and efficient administrative operations. Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office space, layouts, and equipment needs. Maintain office staff by onboarding, orienting, and training employees, coaching, counseling, and disciplining; planning. Assist in monitoring and appraising job results. Support Leadership in problem solving and project planning/coordination. Assists in the development and execution of goals and objectives and serve as a primary point of contact for all administrative issues. Maintains schedules/calendars, Organize and facilitates meetings, conferences, and special events. Oversee payroll, scheduling, budget, clinical/regulatory compliance. Coordinates and oversee all daily office operations.
