The revolving theme and menu are adapted from authentic Indonesian culinary culture. With special emphasis on flavors of certain region, Maharasa Indonesia has a strong research in flavors, heritage values, and exotic ingredients as its backbone, to make sure the series of event deliver the utmost Indonesian food culture values to all gourmands : artisanal, inspiring, and elegant. Best artisanal ingredients which are vigilantly cooked into superlative cuisines and orchestrated with inspirational cultural narratives, processing techniques, and international standard of presentation will not only stimulate gourmand’s five senses, but also inveigle the heart.
