Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to achieve the organization's goals, focusing on culinary preservation, sustainable local food practices, and policy advocacy. Culinary Preservation: Oversee historical and cultural research initiatives to document and preserve Indonesia's culinary traditions. Collaborate with experts to ensure accurate representation of culinary heritage. Local Food Source Development: Lead efforts to strengthen and develop local food sources, promoting biodiversity and ensuring the sustainable collection of Indonesia's biological resources. Policy Advocacy: Advocate for favorable public policies that support sustainable and equitable local food systems. Collaborate with government agencies and stakeholders to influence policy decisions. Collaboration: Cultivate partnerships with relevant organizations, government bodies, academic institutions, and communities to amplify the impact of our initiatives. Team Management: Provide strategic direction and mentorship to staff, fostering a collaborative and empowered team environment. Fundraising: Drive resource mobilization efforts by cultivating relationships with donors, sponsors, and grant-making organizations to secure funding for our projects. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local communities, chefs, researchers, policymakers, and cultural experts.
