• Direct the successful execution of projects within the professional services group, guiding them through the entire lifecycle from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment with established security standards.
• Coordinate the schedules of both internal and external resources, aligning with the demands of IT Security projects, and strictly adhering to the organizational Project Management Office (PMO) framework.
• Assume a leadership role in customer-facing project meetings, fostering effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
• Collaborate closely with clients and vendors, actively capturing and formalizing requirements, establishing priorities, and crafting detailed project timelines to meet security objectives.
• Maintain vigilant oversight to ensure strict adherence to project schedules, meeting established deadlines and financial parameters, with a strong emphasis on maintaining the highest security standards.
• Generate detailed and informative status reports on a weekly and quarterly basis for stakeholders, providing clear insights into the progress and success of IT Security projects.
• Analyze discrepancies in project performance, taking proactive measures to rectify deviations and ensuring projects stay on course, promoting efficiency and effectiveness in security initiatives.
