Through dedication and hard work, my team and I managed to significantly grow the company's market share in the last three years. Bundufly Domestic and Commercial Services provide alternative electrical and water solutions/systems to both the domestic and commercial markets throughout South Africa. The main route to market was to promote these solutions to an extensive network of Architects and Consulting Engineers based all over South Africa in order to get our products specified in their projects.
Some of my duties included:
- Development and execution of the sales strategy across the South African market with the ultimate aim of increasing market share.
- Recruitment of sales staff.
- Coordinating sales staff training and development.
- Managing and providing support to nine external and three internal sales staff members and motivate them towards the achievement of optimum service delivery standards to facilitate customer satisfaction and maximum revenue generation.
- Development and implementation of a highly successful reporting system that covers all aspects of sales including sales pipeline, forecasting, call report, productivity report, target accounts and CRM.
- Maintaining full profit and loss accountability while achieving a year-on-year growth in revenue of more than 15%.
- Working in close conjunction with external professionals to design and offer complete solutions.
- Actively involved in redrafting all contractual agreements and process/procedure manuals.
