- Plan for Corporate Goals: Collaboratively create and monitor short, mid, and long-term plans to align with corporate operating, financial, and compliance objectives.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with regional and global standards, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
- Optimize Logistics: Determine the best logistics strategy to maximize the effectiveness of the Go-To-Market approach.
- Monitor Key Metrics: Develop and maintain key metrics for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of each function, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Reduce Operational Costs: Ensure year-over-year operational cost reduction.
- Manage Inventory Levels: Be accountable for inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, optimizing working capital and maximizing customer service levels.
- Lead S&OP Process: Head the Executive Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process in alignment with company product forecasts and demand plans.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Oversee cross-functional collaboration from customers to suppliers through the S&OP process to meet deliverables aligned with Business Unit strategies.
- Convert Forecasts into Plans: Lead efforts to convert sales forecasts into supplier plans that meet challenging business and manufacturing requirements, developing cost-effective production schedules.
- People Management: Lead people management efforts to support high-performance teams in the organization.
- Pursue Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence within the supply chain.
