Operated as a one-person marketing team, managing an external network team of content development, advertising, agency, press, web, and media vendors. I also managed social media, events, and created over 50 videos many of which I shot and edited myself. The highlight of my time was orchestrating the launch campaign at Sirona Fall 2023, a comprehensive integrated multi-channel marketing effort that yielded record outcomes for the company over a span of four months. This encompassed the creation of two case studies, two press releases, two bylines, a one-hour live stream launch event, a pre-launch buzz video, participation in a conference, hosting a VIP Partner Dinner, social media and influencer outreach, and a video marketing blitz. Additionally, I managed an eight-week email campaign and facilitated multiple website refreshes and landing pages.
