• Instrumental in hotel hosting Zayed Sports Tournament through management of branding, brand installations, social media engagement, press conferences, PR and merchandising while negotiating with sponsors and distributing invitations.
• Tactfully handled legal court case with false reporting on international and local media via creation and leadership of a Crisis Management team; developed and promoted awareness of crisis management best practices to protect brand reputation.
• Led corporate communication and PR, including preparation of client letters for sponsorship of recreational events and delivery of speeches, talking points, and external press releases.
• Rolled out RFP tools hotel-wide; implemented SEM across BTA extranet via RFP and e-commerce tool, including eMarketing, webcast animation presentation, run-of-site banner-ads, supplier portal ads, and regular newsletter.
