Eddie Scaife is a seasoned professional who currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Humanativ, an animal and food nutrition business. Prior to his current role, Eddie built his career in various leadership roles with leading energy, consumer goods and business service companies including Bord na Móna, Aramark, Premier Foods, BAT and Mars. He is an experienced CEO having managed multi-site operations with significant revenue (€150m) and profit (€18m) responsibility, leading groups of up to 3,500 employees. In addition to his responsibilities with Humanativ, he continues to work with both companies and individuals on commercial strategy and growth, organisational design, operational effectiveness, cost reduction, and personal development. This includes 1:1 mentoring and coaching in key areas such as people leadership, interpersonal skills, personal impact, stakeholder management, emotional intelligence and decision making. Eddie holds an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership and Executive Coaching, a 1st Class Honours MBA and a BSc in Computer Science. He has served on numerous Boards and Committees.
