Marketing and Design are excellent tools in this regard, when implemented in accordance with a well planned overall strategy. For most companies being able to think and act critically towards how daily tasks and processes are performed gets harder once you get past the startup phase. New technology and evolving expectations from workers and customers alike, inevitably leads to outdated processes and procedures. I love helping customers identify these areas of potential improvement, and making recommendations on cost efficient solutions.
