Present the solution to key stakeholders during each phase.
• Industry experience analysis - evaluate other direct to consumer commerce competitors and rate them on a set of metrics, provide consultation on various other successful sites indicating why they excel in their arena. • Product experience strategy - Worked with product manager to improve the current solution by streamlining the authentication process, recommending a product guide, reevaluating the content on each page. Work within scope of the provided Business Requirements and identify ideas that would not be feasible for the first release. • Senior Information Architecture - Wireframes and annotations. Deliver site architecture, navigation design, page layout and interaction design wireframes. Rapid prototype using AXURE. User testing methodologies. Create a flexible and extensible solution for their CMS platform. • Associate Creative Direction- Map business requirements and goals to the recommended solution to ensure we are meeting all requested project needs. Ensure consistent look and feel throughout newly created product design solution. Work with a copywriter. Consult the Senior Developer on feasibility, coding techniques, provide coding examples.
• Senior Art Direction- Extend the existing brand through the use of data visualizations, iconography, typography, color and layout. Experience Design Work:
I worked with the Marketing Director as well as the Creative director. The media solutions include: home page content redesign(s) with A/B testing, a handful of other high traffic site pages, OLA banners, eEmail marketing campaigns and mobile. Roles included: Exp. Design, IA, ACD, SAD, FED.
