It automates and simplifies access control and security compliance for wired, wireless, and VPN connectivity. Cisco ISE is primarily used to provide secure access and guest access, support BYOD initiatives, and enforce usage policies in conjunction with Cisco TrustSec. Responsibility :
•Designer collaborator and lead strategist of Cisco Identity services engine - widely known as ISE (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps11640/index.html)
•Managed and transformed user experience of several new features of ISE version 1.2 1.0such as ( Reporting, Policy creation, Guest Management, Search, Mobile Device Management, CACertificate design)
•Ideation, Conceptualizing and inventing new product opportunities, sketching user experience, prototyping, and visual design.
•Creates design awareness, Transforming linear UCD into lean and agile UCD.
• Voice of participatory design (Designer as facilitator), Responsible for design review and consultation among Engineering, Marketing, Product management, and other cross-vertical teams.
•Study competitor products ( Such as Aruba and Juniper ) and bring next-generation user experience into the CISCO security paradigm
•Participate and facilitated various user research and usability study.
Also worked directly with the following technologies:
-XML, JQuery, HTML 5, CSS 3, Flex UI skinning Key Achievements:
- Reduced design iteration cycles by 40% by introducing efficient prototyping and visual design techniques, accelerating time-to-market for new features and updates within the Cisco ISE platform.
- Facilitated a 15% increase in cross-functional collaboration efficiency by establishing a unified design review and consultation framework, fostering alignment among Engineering, Marketing, Product Management, and other stakeholders.
