Led and participated in operationally focused project delivery involving the full sales and project engagement lifecycle included proposals, contracting, managing team members, and oversight for project delivery processes, systems, training, on-boarding, best practice documentation, standards and policy. Key areas of focus included: proposal and contract risk mitigation, Gross Profit improvement, identifying at risk projects using leading indicators, troubled project turn-around, continuous process improvement, delivery manager onboarding, training, mentoring, and coaching, client relationship improvement, risk mitigation, and off-shore support oversight.
