Increased the rate of change in production over 75% by implementing the practice of micro-releases (small, daily build releases with automated tests) 2. Reduced the number of system failures in production (from 2 outages a week to 1 a month) by deep incident retrospectives and coming up with SRE micro-projects targeted to permanently resolve issue rather than closing the tickets. 3. Reduced the AWS run-cost over 60% during the year by optimisation of compute usage, switching to fargate, spot capacities where possible and other system-related updates.
