May. 2022AT&T - Collaborating on various legacy, transformation and SOTA Agile projects using
primarily ServiceNow, JavaScrip for expert systems and Python for the rest of AI to
automate and build up a next generation intelligent network. This collaboration utilized
all of my leadership, project and product management and agile coaching skills as well as
gaining more experience in these fields.
My primary assignment was to deliver with our team the OSS for GIGAPOWER, and run
the system automation capabilities across AT&T enterprise architects, engineers and
managers across business units within the company. As Systems Engineering team, we're
driving the delivery of system automation enablers for key CTO and business initiatives
for 5G, RAN, 5G Core/NC, FN, SDN, Fiber, ROADM. This includes driving towards a single
source of truth network inventory platform enabled by leading industry CMDB platforms.
Insight Global - Hired in 2022 as a crisis manager to decrease employee turnover in the
Czech Republic which was attacking 40%, creating a stable work environment followed by
increased productivity. By the end of 2023 the employee turnover decreased under 3%
and productivity is still increasing thanks to applying Agile methodologies and motivation
methodologies.

main goal to first stabilize employee turnover, create a great work environment and start

of our executives by the end of the 1H 2020 we successfully reversed the trend of
employee resignations and started growth in Brno.
My main role was acting as a people leader for 9 scrum teams and projects. I took care of
