Each expert is a representative of his or her national standards organization and contributes with deep knowledge of a respective subject to TC 260 and its working groups. 28 countries are participating in the work of the committee, another 23 countries are holding seats as observing members. What we do: ISO TC 260 works on the ISO 30400 series of international standards in human resource management. Main Objectives and Priorities of ISO/TC 260 are to facilitate international business by providing guidance on professional practise standards and improve internal processes. Thereby, HR practices should become comparable and consistent to enable a transparent benchmarking and contribute to the professionalization of human resource management. 10 different working Groups, supported by the chairman's advisory group, cover the whole employee lifecycle and ensure coherent and complete coverage of all issues related to evidence-based HR management.
