Sales forecasting system, service reporting, and quality compliance programs for ISO9001. Lead Field representative on teams responsible for developing the GE Customer CARE program. Served on team initially responsible for GE Healthcare Services-Selling GE services for all medical equipment, regardless of manufacturer. This program evolved into the GE Asset Management Program. Served on national teams for service delivery including the roll out of the GE Customer CARE system.
