Circular Monday, held annually on the Monday before Black Friday, has grown into a worldwide initiative with over 1,200 businesses, organizations, and influencers across 40 countries. Through the campaign’s hashtag #CircularMonday, we’ve reached millions of people, raising awareness of the circular economy’s potential to reduce waste and promote sustainability. My role involves driving the message forward, collaborating with partners, and engaging media to amplify the campaign's impact globally.

Hi!FoundersSicily Ambassador

Mar. 2024Catania, Sicily, ItalyAs a Sicily Ambassador, I promote startup networking events in Sicily, helping to strengthen the local entrepreneurial ecosystem. Hi!Founders is an Italian community born in 2021, which aims to make the startup network in Italy more cohesive. It currently has over 1,300 members, with around 150 new members every month. The community includes a diverse range of players in the startup ecosystem: 30% are early stage startups, 30% seed stage, 10% Series A, and 5% Series B, Series C and scale-ups. Other members include Venture Hubs, accelerators, investors (VCs, business angels), consultants, SMEs, large companies, industry associations, tech hubs, public administrations, students and professors. A significant fact is that 35% of the startups within the community are led by women. My collaboration as Sicily Ambassador was born from the desire to replicate the success of events like Hi!Network, which have already taken place in over 14 Italian regions, attracting between 100 and 200 participants per event. In Sicily, I work to create new opportunities for local startups to connect and grow, facilitating dialogue and collaboration with the entire Italian ecosystem. The community is free and is based on a spirit of mutual support and knowledge sharing. Every day, founders from all over Italy exchange advice and help each other. As an Ambassador, my goal is to encourage Sicilian startups to network, find new opportunities and grow together, strengthening the entire entrepreneurial ecosystem of the island.
