Leading a dedicated team, our primary task was to overhaul a cumbersome legacy application, laden with spaghetti code accumulated over 15 years. We successfully navigated this complex challenge by migrating the outdated system from a custom framework to Symfony 6.3, a modern and robust platform. Additionally, I engineered four efficient microservices, implemented an asynchronous messaging system, and devised comprehensive protocols for message emission and handling. Through rigorous testing and meticulous development, we constructed a reliable and resilient system to ensure seamless operation and enhanced performance.
