• Acting as a JIRA Solution Architect during all phases that use SDLC steps: Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing & Integration, and finally Maintenance (Support) of the implemented solution in JIRA
• Creating JIRA projects, queries, and reports. • Installing and configuring plugins and deploying to extend JIRA capabilities, making dashboards for JIRA Connect add-ons, configuring custom fields, and supporting JIRA configurations. • Designing custom JIRA workflows for different issue types to assist in the Automation of provisioning, build & deploy servers and applications as well as other continuous integration workflows. • Developing JIRA templates, and complex JIRA workflows including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes and notification schemes in JIRA. • Responsible for maintenance, administration, upgrade, and enhancements to JIRA and integrations with other tools or plugins. • Coordinating with all company teams to plan, schedule, implement, and communicate JIRA & plug-in upgrades following established policies and procedures
• Developing, implementing and supporting the disaster recovery plans and documentation
• Work with stakeholders and clients to design and deliver JIRA workflows to meet the stated and unstated business requirements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization, gathering requirements to develop, and deliver custom templates, and workflows (automation)
