β’ Support modalities including phone, chat, and email (customer support)
β’ Oversees all training related functions for Manila site - new hire onboarding training, core skills training, cross-skilling & self-paced online training.
β’ Works closely with Operations and other Ops Support group functions.
β’ Works with the client about new hire onboarding classes, LMS course completion, and training curriculum revisions.
β’ Responsible for various tasks such as client-partner meetings, attends business reviews, reporting obligations and project management.
β’ Good understanding of HR and local labor regulations
β’ Implementation of comprehensive professional development plans and training programs.
β’ Uphold existing best practices of the training department, while developing and communicating new procedures.
