Analyzed sales, customer and web data, to find what was the most profitable product and parts combination, based on what people were actively looking for.
Participated in the Marketing program development adopted by the 75% of the B2B customer base. Gross sales and margins were permanently improved as forecasted.
The program was launched with the help of a multi-channel marketing campaign (ATL/BTL Media and point of sales, thoughtfully planned thanks to statistics insights), with the development of an augmented reality app for iOS and Android, and with the launch of a specific registered trademark. Developed a highly cost-effective tool to make retailers and end users verify the product authenticity, by scanning a QR code linking to a particular webpage. Codes were B2B customer-specific and this way we got more actionable market data as a byproduct, with no added cost and investment.
