I was then promoted to Trident Cochin as its HR Manager where I handled the HR functions of the hotel as well as managed the pre-opening of Oberoi's luxury cruise liner - Vrinda in Kerala. I then moved to Chennai Trident Hotel as its HR Manager where I handled Union, HR functions, HR developmental activities etc.
