I am a Civil Engineer who graduated from Roma Tre University after obtaining a Classical High School Diploma. I was licensed to practice in July 2004 and also obtained certification to perform safety coordinator roles during the design and execution phases in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments. Since December 2010, I have been registered with the Ministry of the Interior - Fire Prevention. Since 2019, I have been a court-appointed expert for the Ordinary Court of Rome. From February to November 2016, I attended the first-level Master's degree course in “Integrated management and enhancement of real estate and urban assets - Asset, property, facility & energy management” at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Architecture Valle Giulia of La Sapienza University in Rome. I have been working as a freelancer for about 20 years and am a consultant for several national companies. During my professional career, I have dealt with permits, real estate due diligence, construction management and safety coordination during the design and execution phases, metric calculations, tender specifications, construction site management, safety analysis, and architectural and plant design (low voltage electrical systems and photovoltaic systems).
