Work hand in hand with digital team to maximise ROI for clients through innovative campaigns.
Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with customers.
Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights
Coming up with new and creative growth strategies, seeing through seamless implementation Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience and keep up to date with trends and new technologies
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
