This helped with customer retention due to greater engagement • Replaced the billing and accounts system. Improving the ability of the company to collect revenue. • Improved UX of the site improving the customer experience of the site.

I was responsible for the team’s resource planning and what technologies where used. This required leasing with project managers and product owners. There were also several process improvements that I oversaw. • Initiated the Art Department move to SVN. This improved the quality control of the Development and Release process. • Changed the testing release process to match the live release process. This reduced the time required to do releases. • Set up a packaging process for Signed Off software. This streamed the release process and improved the quality control. • Implemented Lua as a scripting langue that was usable by the game engine. This enabled more games to be developed with fewer developers in less time.
