What about the online activity? the first day I joined ReCharge, the first thing I did is to make sure all the digital asset, channel and integration are connected. ReCharge has a very small segmentation at the moment, which is New User and Existing User, so what we did is creating the segmentation based on their behavior on the apps. The segmentation still very raw, I know with the help of third party tools the segmentation could be more segmented. in terms of digital acquisition, I did expand the inventory with other third party tools as InMobi, Appier, Criteo, AdRoll, Facebook and Google (obviously) and we explored TikTok and turns out TikTok did perform better than Facebook. So overall, I have successfully lower the budget for CPA (user top up on app), from IDR 800,000 to IDR 23,000 for new user and IDR 2000 for existing user within 1 month with success rate from Register to Top Up is 70%.
