May. 2023--> Lead a bigger team in Marketing Automation and provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
--> Delegate tasks effectively, manage workload distribution, and ensure the professional growth and development of team members.
--> Oversee the selection, integration, and deployment of marketing technology platforms, including but not limited to CRM systems, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
--> Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies, campaign optimization, and decision-making processes, leveraging analytics tools and marketing technology platforms to extract meaningful insights.
--> Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports to monitor performance, track ROI, and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
--> Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, IT, and product development to ensure alignment, streamline processes, and drive cohesive marketing technology solutions.
--> Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing technology, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization.
