Provide insight to Executive & Senior management on possible behavioural shifts of taxpayers and changes in submission and payment patterns, quantify future risk factors with probability of occurrence and highlight possible solutions. Developed and managed the Submission Forecast models used to track submissions of Taxpayers and Employers during both filing seasons. The Filing Season submissions and Forecasts are the official view of the filing seasons in the organisation. Provide career mentoring and shaping of BEE talent to ensure optimal fit and results for the division and organisation. Responsible for management of a team of analysts, specialist and data engineers driving the strategic direction of future projects.
