Deployment of a variant of the Justice Canada enterprise civil litigation case management information system to the Government of Canada Secret Infrastructure (GCSI) in multiple regional offices across Canada. Tasks included: • Participated in RFP processes with PSPC and SSC to include “Agile” procurement/requirements definition workshops. • Chairing recurring project status/schedule reviews with a broad mix of stakeholders (8-12) ranging from the executive/Director level, managers of specialized technical and business teams and individual subject matter experts.
