• Develop new products and services. • Oversee in-house communications, product design and development teams plus 60+ external contractors and partners to move projects successfully from conception to full implementation. • Manage strategic communications, and brand advancement for select clients.
• Establish projects’ creative direction and manage art direction, design, copywriting and production.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to define product requirements, and serve as chief user experience/user interface designer
• Ensure excellence and quality control of all projects, including proofing, reviewing, creative output and project processes. • Establish and monitor team and business performance and development goals.
