I built and managed an extensive network of B2B channels such as Coca Cola, Red Bull, TELE2, VIP, Tcom, and RTL). I expanded distributors network up to 30 to achieve business sales targets. Established digital sales channels, such as PlayStation Store Slovenia and Croatia which accelerated the growth of sales to €50M and increased market share up to 80%. I nurtured and maintain productive relations with key partners through identifying and addressing requirements. Few are the highlights I brought to Ars Venatus D.O.O.: ☛ Led the transformation from dispersed regional (Adriatic) business model with five local Sony offices, >40 distributors, and >100 retailers into robust, reliable, and cost effective business model with one local Sony office, five distributors, and <50 retailers. ☛ Led the transformation of business model from traditional to digital, enhanced B2B business volume growth, and oversaw the anti-piracy campaign against counter-fitted goods distributors as APAW Croatia president.
