Lab & Distribution duties start from receiving of material up to shipping finished goods. In receiving of material he assures all required tests has been conducted on the material for acceptance, after accepting the material, his duty is to update that in the system. Part of L & D supervisor duties is warehouse management as he is the owner of all warehouses in the plant, such as updating the inventory list, storing, issuing and labeling etc.. after that, he issues the material to operation for production. His duty at this stage is to assure his team is conducting Online inspection during production to make sure production meet the spec. he has to make sure that all tests has been conducted on the finished production as the last step regarding Quality. Storing and labeling the finished goods the arranging and managing the shipping of finished goods is his last step.
