Conceptualized, designed and delivered new version of SPARK (Talent Management) program
Responsible for People Development policy and ensure (Training & development, Vendor management, Alternate mode of training).
Responsible for all Training Audits.
Maintaining Training MIS and Dashboard and ensuring timely sharing of training metrics to all stakeholders.
Conducting TTT for all major training programs for zonal training team. Responsible for CDIT training for hypermarket division.
Responsible for People Development policy (Training & development, Vendor management, Alternate mode of training).
Selection of Vendor, introduction of training vendor processes
Evaluation of Trainers / Training organizations
Conducting BRAIN VITA session for all zonal trainers for sharing best practices.
