The period in which we excelled in a lean and well-defined team. I had the opportunity to lead a team of sales staff with people up to 15 years more mature, which for me, at 25 was a huge challenge in the face of market changes. Reporting to national management and the residual value board, we were able to achieve targets in units sold, inventory and profitability in the most unstable periods of the world economy, from 2008 to 2010.
