Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations, examining risks and potentials, estimating partners need and goals
close new business deals by coordinating with requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations Account Management Developing and Building existing business levels for the client
Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports
Preparing Weekly reports to the management
Serve as a lead facilitator both internally and externally for projects
Manage and develop the HR team
Provide advice and assistance to staff and management based on the complaints received from clients Work for the overall good of the Company
Monitor the end to end process on gathering requirements, CV Submission, Selection criteria, Visa processing and report on final joining
Develop effective working relationship with financial controllers so as to understand the financial and commercial issues of the business
