Coordination with the GM Office regarding various activities, staff meetings, birthdays of employees. Taking care of general administration and Supplies of the HR department. Preparation of Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Increment Letter, etc Perform marker research, prepare the list of clients, arrange meetings with the clients, handle the customer requirements, prepare quotations and raise invoices. Recruit, manage and ensure the proper mobilization of setup work at new location/ project. Single handedly managing the entire recruitment process, conducting the interview, short listing the candidates, preparing appointment letters, administrating the joining formalities, preparing the induction as per the candidates profile and coordinating with the respective departmental heads. Taking care of employee leave, attendance, Comp-off, salary advances; confirmation, increment and promotion letters, keeping them updated for the smooth functioning of the payroll for every month; regularly interact with the staff on HR & Admin issues. Preparing full and final statements after the employee has resigned. Handling the entire payroll, PF, and Gratuity. Coordinating with the training and development department for induction of the new Joinees, completing all the joining formalities of the candidates. Identifying and improvising the training based on the feedback from the head of respective departments. Managing employee database Identified employee’s strengths & weakness, training needs, assigning mentors & coordination. Performed all formalities including exit interviews when an employee leaves the company, full & final settlements, etc.
