I ensure that the shifts run smoothly by preparing monthly shift plans for the team, and I am always available to provide information to guests who need it. Additionally, I am trained to handle customer complaints with empathy and composure, while also answering phone calls, responding to emails, and speaking with clients and stakeholders. As a supervisor, I also have the responsibility of training, coaching, and supervising new staff members. One of my key skills is accurately handling large amounts of money on the cash register, which is essential to the smooth operation of the front office. Overall, my experience in the Front Office has taught me the importance of communication, organization, and exceptional customer service.
