Dec. 2021 - Mar. 2023In my time at Quadro Consulting I had the pleasure of working as an Account Manager for what became the largest client, a Canadian online dating company, RubyLife.
Other than operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to my account (including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit), building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, in a span of a year, my team and I were able to:
-Significantly increase company revenue.
-Grow the team from 2 to 25 members (I took the lead and personally conducted the majority of the hiring process).
-Keep Attrition rate at 0%.
-Develop onboarding processes and documentation.
-Implement internal processes and development plans.
-Create and maintain a company knowledge base.
My main responsibilities included:
-Growing the team and the account.
-Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits.
-Developing new business with existing clients and/or identifying areas of improvement.
-Assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software developers, to ensure KPIs were met.
-Providing clients with regular project status updates for transparency.
I also used my software development experience to automate repetitive tasks, saving 20% of our time.
