Aug. 2021 - Feb. 2022IstanbulIn Finhood I was invited to develop and launch an affiliate program for a broker from scratch. In this project I started by preparing all the necessary materials for launching an affiliate program - this included such documents as marketing policy, guide on working with affiliates and emails, affiliate program promotion strategy, promo materials, as well as the calculation of an offer and a complex system of accruals for a fintech project. Also, thanks to my parsing system I have collected a large base (more than 2000) of potential affiliates in the 3 geo's. One of the activities was integration with affise and other marketing services. I prepared tasks for developers on the technical aspects, and managed personal accounts of managers and affiliates. A huge part of work was the prevention of fraud. I prepared a large document on possible fraud in this niche. I also prepared ways to detect and prevent it. For the manual fraud I worked out the instructions, and for the other variants I found services and negotiated with them. This is a very important stage of my work, since fintech projects lose a lot of money because of fraud. The result of my work was an affiliate program, which was completely ready to be launched. Unfortunately, the project had investment problems and marketing activities were postponed.

Jun. 2020 - Jul. 2021At Edugram I took over the work on their third-party project - the SkyCoach offer. It was my second project with a launch of an offer from scratch. To launch the offer I analyzed the competitors, calculated the economics and prepared an offer based on it. Then I started attracting new webmasters. Since the main industry of Edugram was different from the SkyCoach project, I recruited a pool of webmasters and affiliates from scratch. To attract affiliates, I published several case studies, and to attract webmasters, I developed a system that helped me quickly gather a large number of relevant sites with contacts. I also prepared a funnel for a CRM system that helped me easily track affiliates at every stage. Despite the difficult sphere of SkyCoach offer, I was able to attract more than 50 partners for the test and build long-term relationships with major affiliates.
