* Managing point of contact for the clients for all aspects of activity in the engagement
* Communicate with SPOCs from different verticals i.e corp. communication, marketing and Customer service to prioritize and schedule delivery based on the need of the brand reputation.
* Ensure projects are staffed and tracked appropriately and conform to the development methodology
